Chess.com Global Championship 2022
The 2022 Chess.com Global Championship (CGC) was the first Chess.com global championship cycle open to all verified players. Players competed in official Chess.com verified events for a $1,000,000 prize fund and the Chess.com Global Champion title.
Chess.com had already established their look for the Global Championship including the existing graphics package. However they needed assistance with creating the main stage backdrop and caster's desk that needed to be cohesive with the stream and existing graphics package.

Chess.com wanted their 'Pawn and Globe' logo to be easily visible and the focus of the main stage, while being able to balance two screens that were part of the main stage production schematics.
Similarly, the logo on caster's desk was the focal point; however a darker background was chosen, compared to the main stage, in order to highlight casters and ensure they stood-out during their broadcast.
